Tailoring of magnetite powder properties for enhanced
The objective of this study was to use laboratory prepared magnetite as adsorbent and to correlate powder properties with its capacity for the removal of phosphate. Namely, the synthesis conditions that would enable tailoring of Fe 3 O 4 morphology, favorable for the effective phosphate adsorption, were defined.
