(or lots more barrels if you want all of it sorted automatically.) Manually sort out the ores from that chest into other chests as needed. This is the system I use in the with my first quarry.

After increasing my maximumChunksPerTicket, I set up a 6x7 max-area quarry, which loaded 672 chunks. (Got one of the dimensions wrong, somehow, or it'd be a 7x7.)
